Infertility and Unfairness

Infertility can bring about intense feelings of unfairness for many individuals and couples.

Feeling like it's unfair comes from the emotional and mental strain that infertility brings. Society often expects that having kids should be easy and natural, which adds to the pressure. Many people dealing with infertility feel ashamed, guilty, and struggle with self-esteem, all while keeping their struggles to themselves. This isolation can make them even more emotionally vulnerable, making the journey harder and the unfairness even more painful!

In this episode Jesse and Doug explore exactly what it's like to be struggling with infertility and feel the unfairness. They look at the emotions it brings up and what we can do about these feelings moving forward.

It's really important to address these feelings while going through infertility, it's normal to feel like this is all so unfair. This podcast is a safe place to explore those feelings.
